Join The Salvation Army at Southridge Mall on Saturday, November 16 to help us kick-off our annual Red Kettle Campaign with a blast - The Big Brass Blast! We're calling all brass players to help us form one giant British-style brass band in the grand tradition of Salvation Army Bands through history.
To participate complete and submit the following form below. We'll send you music and give you a part assignment. Arrival time and registration will take place at 12:00 p.m. for all participants. Rehearsal will begin promptly at 1 p.m. The show will run from 3 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Participants will be welcome to join us for a celebratory dinner after the concert.
Individual and group registrations are accepted.
Note: Music will be scored in treble clef, in the British Brass Band style. We will make every effort to assign all participants their first choice in instrument part, but our priority will be to assign parts so that a good balance of instrumentation and part coverage is achieved.
