Important Meal Reminders

Meals are served nightly November 1st through April 31st
Meal dates assigned on “first come, first serve” basis
In the event you are unable to honor your commitment, please call (920) 923-8220 before 4 pm and ask for the Warming Shelter Coordinator.

In order to best serve our homeless guests:

Please provide a meal with a main course and one or more “sides,” a beverage (milk, juice) and dessert
Know the number of guests varies and you may contact us early in the week you’re scheduled to serve for the weekly average guest number
Plan to arrive at 6 pm with dinner ready to serve at 6:30 pm

For the safety of everyone , PPE is required and COVID-19 adjustments have been made to the warming shelter. List the dates you would like to request providing a meal for our homeless guests on and submit. Our warming shelter team will consult our calendar and follow back with you to confirm availability and answer any questions you have. Thank you very much.
