Oak Creek School Supply Distribution 2025

School Supply Distribution: 10 am - 1 pm

Pre-registering your child will help guarantee that they receive new school supplies at our Back to School Bash. Distribution will take place during our Back to School Bash. 

You are invited to bring your children on this day, as we will have vendors from the community in attendance to provide games and services to help prepare your child for school!

 Families from the following ZIP codes are eligible to sign up for backpacks at The Salvation Army Oak Creek:

53110, 53129, 53130, 53132, 53154, 53172, 53207, 53235

PLEASE NOTE:

You will need to upload pictures of ALL items below to complete your registration. Please take a picture of:  

  • A picture of the Parent or Guardian's ID or Driver's License.
  • A picture of a piece of mail or utility bill with the Parent or Guardian's name and address on it. 
  • A picture of each child's birth certificate or school enrollment information for 2025
  • A picture of other Foodshare card, WIC card, SNAP, SSI or paystubs

 Students served will be 4K-12th grade. Students under the age of 4 years old or over 18 years old may be asked to provide student enrollment documentation. 

You will need to attach (Upload) the items listed above to complete your registration. Once your sign-up is completed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. Please bring or print this confirmation to show on distribution day along with your ID to receive your school supplies.
