We have a seasoned crew of teachers and counselors dedicated to providing an enriching experience for your child/ren.

We will keep your children busy and having so much fun that, be prepared, they may not actually want to come home at the end of the day.

Upon completion of your enrollment in the 2021 Day Camp program you will receive a confirmation email that will have all of the Payment and Medical documentation you will need prior to the start of Camp June 14, 2021.  The due dat for these documents will be May 1, 2021

  • This Fee secures your spot for the 2021 Summer Day Camp Program. Spots will be limited (This fee will go towards the purchase of Day Camp Supplies and Crafts)
    Weekly rates are below.

  • Upon completion of enrolling your student (s) in our day Camp program, you will receive a Day Camp Shirt. This section is if you would like a second one.

  • If you change your mind, contact the Camp Director to pay for a second shirt as we get closer to the event.

  • If you would like for your child to participate in our annual Dells Trip (Mt. Olympus) you may pay now to secure your spot.

  • I would like to reserve a spot for my child to attend the Dells trip but I would like to pay closer to the day of the event

  • Your child is 11 - 13 years of age

  • Your Child is 9 - 10 years of age

  • Your Child is 7 - 8 years of age

  • Your child is 5 - 6

  • Your child is 3 - 4 years old

When will your Child/Children attend Day Camp?  Will you need Before/After care?  This is the section you will need to fill out so we know when we can be expecting you.  (This will help with our billing and staffing)

If you select Before, After or both it is already assumed that your child will be here for day camp as well.


Day Camp &  Before and After care Fees

*All payments must be done by either EFT or Credit Card on file. Payments made weekly (forms will be in your Confirmation Email)

Day Camp hours are 10:00am to 3:00pm. Child care needed before 10:00am or after 3:00pm is an hourly fee of $4.50 per hour, per child. A 20% discount will be applied to Day Camp fees and Before/After care fees for siblings registered in our program.

Day Camp Fees

5 days a week = $105.00  (Best Value!) 

4 days a week = $95.00    

3 days a week = $85.00   

2 days a week = $75.00  

Before Care Fees (6:00am to 10:00am) = $4.50 per hour, per child

After Care Fees (3:00pm to 6:00pm) = $4.50 per hour, per child

After 6:00pm Late fee = $1.00 per minute, per child 


Remember, there will be no day camp July 5th to observe the July 4th holiday

Also, August 6 is our Trip to the Dells.  The Sal will be closed.

The last day of Day Camp will be Thursday August 26th.

>I agree to hold harmless the physicians, hospital, and other person; including but not limited to The Salvation Army staff and volunteers, who act based upon consent for emergency medical care and/or treatment.

>I give The Salvation Army my consent for emergency medical treatment to be used only if I cannot be reached immediately.

>I approve this application and certify that the applicant is capable of such an experience.

>I understand that by signing this form, I agree to release The Salvation Army from any liability for the risk of accidents or injury.

>I agree to pay for the days and hours the camper is scheduled for, or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Changes in schedule must be submitted to management at least one week in advance.

>No refunds will be given unless the camp is cancelled.

>I understand that no refunds will be given if the camper leaves early because of an illness, homesickness, or disruptive behavior.

>I give permission for the applicant to participate in all activities, including activities by van, bus or walking.

>I give permission to transport my child for field trips and other activities.

>I give permission for my child to be transported to and from school if needed.

>The Salvation Army is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal articles.

>Permission is also given to use any images or video of the applicant for future promotional use.

>I agree to waive any claims against The Salvation Army and its members and volunteers to injuries and damages that may result from the conduct of other persons, including participants in The Salvation Army.

I understand that use of the facilities and equipment at The Salvation Army may involve risk of bodily injury, property damage, or exposure to contagion (including COVID-19), and
I agree to assume any such risks. I understand that it is up to me to consult physicians and other professionals to make sure that I can safely participate in activities and events at The Salvation Army.

I also understand and agree that by signing this agreement, I am giving up my (or the minor for whom I sign) right to make any claim against The Salvation Army, its agents, employees and volunteers, including the right to sue them, for bodily injury, property damage, illness, or any other loss that I might suffer while using The Salvation Army facilities and services, except as limited by law.
