I understand this release is only for Christmas assistance. I also understand that items received are based on donated items and that The Salvation Army of Oshkosh cannot guarantee I will receive exactly what I am looking for. Also, by signing this form I agree to allow The Salvation Army to enter my personal information into a secured Salvation Army Client Data Management System.
